Luca Sabelli – founding and Name partner of the Firm – laurea in Law and Economics at the University of Rome, La Sapienza, master in Comparative Law at the University of Illinois, he is Accountant in the Register of Accountant (Dottori Commercialisti) of Rome, Auditor in the National Register of Auditor (Revisori Contabili) and Lawyer in the Register of Lawyer of Rome.
Lawyer admitted to the Higher Courts litigations, Associate of the Law Firm Wilkie Farr & Gallagher, in New York, until 1987, then Partner of Studio Legale Sabelli, from 1988, he has always actively operated in the field of the Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Insolvency Law, Bank and Finance Law, where he has gained a strong and in-depth experience in M&A and acted in several acquisition, merger, restructuring and investment operations, even on an international level.
In his professional career he acted as legal advisor of some important Italian and foreign corporations in M&A transaction, financial contracts, business restructure and more generally of medium and big business structures. He has worked, as part of the extraordinary corporate operations, on listing operations and he has coordinated the implementation of procedures according to Law 231.
Currently he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Italcementi S.p.A., member of the Board of Directors of Comifar S.p.A., Vice-President of the Board of Directors of ADF Associazione Distributori Farmaceutici and President of the Board of Statutory Auditors of PMC Mediterraneum S.c.p.A..
