SabelliPartners with Elica in the sale to Whirlpool of India of 33% of Elica PB India

SabelliPartners assisted Elica S.p.A., a company listed on the Italian regulated market, in the transaction relating with Whirlpool of India Limited, which provides for the sale by Elica S.p.A. of a 33% stake in its Indian subsidiary Elica Pb India Private Limited. The transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent, including the antitrust approval in Europe and Turkey and SabelliPartners will continue to assist Elica S.p.A. until the completion of the same.
